Comment to a picture of night in Tokyo of NASA

Unless I make the light source which lights up a night sky brightly most decrease, you can't make them achieve the goal which loses a light pollution efficiently. " Tokyo" but a thing with the best of Japan light pollution sources seems self-evident before a quarter of a century. Therefore itself is an important source for a picture of night in Tokyo of NASA.
It would be different in the information obtained from a picture depending on the persons who see respectively, but I'd like to argue below by the view point to which I say "It's investigated what a maximum problem is." from a thing above-mentioned here.
When I look at a picture as the whole, there is also a light source seen "like a line", but when a fleck document or a cluster-like light source comes out a lot for the most part, it's possible to catch. So it's shared with a fleck document or a cluster document (It's abbreviated to star in the following.) each and the pattern which which is soon to make a problem is argued in doing in the following.
An star light source can be classified by the brightness like a fixed star. About 12 of dominance is light in particular, there is a light source which can be called a star of the first magnitude in fact. It's the following.
It's around Ueno, Tokyo, Ginza, Shiba, Gotanda, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro around the Yamanote Line, Roppongi,Omotesando in the Yamanote Line,  Kawasaki and Yokohama in Kanagawa-ken .
Further, these light sources are synthesized around 10 big light source in the Yamanote Line territory, and more whole forms the range like the halo. Even if I say that a big part of a Japanese light pollution problem is settled when losing the Yamanote Line 10 big light pollution, I can think it's never going too far.
I can think to have. It's in the grope state now, but I'll see readily and notice the following point immediately.

(1)In front of Akihabara station doesn't enter "the best10" (star of the second magnitude). Isn't a hint to any countermeasures hidden?

  (2) Ueno's light source isn't circular and is an isosceles triangle. Ikenohata is because it's light, but is it from every kind of light pollution formation mechanism that a part near a park becomes light though it's near a nature called Ueno Park?

  (3) A light source" Omotesando" is lighter along Aoyama street more than a more bustling Omotesando street, and it's an ellipse, but the oval transverse direction shifts from my simple private expectation. A light source" Harajuku" doesn't also enter "the best10". Where is this cause as a phenomenon at least?

(4) It's dark around Tsukishima. What is the cause?

  (5) Is it by chance whether the one "gap" has caused between Akihabara, Kanda, Kanda and Tokyo station is anything well-founded?

Hereinafter I'll plan also to add an analysis one after another from now on. In the future, I'll hope for solidarity with the researcher of NASA who released the picture, too.
